Musings of a Recovering Lutheran: Update on Asia Bibi
I heard the voice of the Lord, saying,

Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?

Then said I, Here am I; send me.

Update on Asia Bibi

Mission News Network reports on a worldwide petition drive on behalf of Asia Bibi. The petition itself can be found at A Call for Mercy.

For those who do not know who she is, here is the story about Asia Bibi's unjust imprisonment and death sentence for "blasphemy" against the Prophet Muhammad.

Please continue to pray for Asia Bibi and her family.

Thanks for the reminders to pray for her and the unjust treatment of other women in the middle east.

Thank you! Despite the secular media's efforts to turn Anders Breivik into the Pope of all Christians, it is important to remind them that the world is quite different from the confines of the bubble they live in. In the real world, Christians are routinely imprisoned, tortured and murdered for their faith - a fact that the secular media would prefer to obscure.
