Musings of a Recovering Lutheran: When "settled science" becomes theocracy

When "settled science" becomes theocracy

David Coppedge, an information technology specialist and system administrator on JPL’s international Cassini mission to Saturn, is suing JPL after being fired. Coppedge charges that he was let go because of his views on Intelligent Design (more on the case can be found here).

The irony is that the same government - which promotes a variety of crackpot ideas such as global warming and insists on "diversity" and "tolerance" in the workplace - is suddenly squeamish about ideas that contradict those held by secular elites. Thou shalt not blaspheme Darwin!
